Kate is a Yoga Teacher and Doula, specialising in yoga for women's health, fertility, pregnancy, postnatal recovery and the menopause.


Kate’s classes are friendly, sociable and down to earth, mixing ancient and tradition yoga practices with the latest evidence-based research.


You can join Kate's weekly classes, which run term-time only in 6 week blocks (apart from Monday classes). 


MONDAYS

6:15-7pm - Pregnancy Yoga

7.45-8.15pm - Women's Yoga (suitable for overactive pelvic floor muscles)


WEDNESDAYS

10.30-11.30am - Mum & Baby Yoga (please enquire when next 6 week course starts)


WORKSHOPS

Menopause Yoga Workshop: Managing Anxiety & Overwhelm - next date TBC - please register your interest by emailing Kate hello@bloomyogabristol.co.uk.


All classes are held within our cosy and relaxed studio with a maximum of 8 people (6 for Mum & Baby) to ensure that each session can be completely tailored to your needs, whilst providing a friendly and supportive space to meet other people.


Yoga is a journey of self-discovery, bringing together the mind, body and spirit. Yoga helps to decrease stress and anxiety, release tension, aches and pains, promotes restful sleep and can improve balance, flexibility and strength.


No yoga experience required, come just as you are.
