Our physios are trained in Menopause, and we work closely with Chelvey Menopause in Clifton, and Bristol Menopause Clinic in Portbury. Women still aren't getting the medical care that they deserve and it's time to change that!

We have menopause yoga, and menopause workshops for anxiety and overwhelm with our specialist yoga teacher, Kate.

You can book for a Pelvic Assessment with physiotherapy to understand your pelvic floor, and help to reduce leaks as you continue to exercise.

We highly recommend looking at Positive Pause website for brilliant resources and information for menopause. It is normal to experience muscle changes as Oestrogen reduces, so getting support during this time shouldn't be taboo!
