Physiotherapy
If pain, joint or mobility issues that are impeding on normal life or holding you back from achieving your sporting goals, 'musculoskeletal' physiotherapy could be the ideal solution for you.
A consultation with Liz, Meg, Agnes or Caroline will include a detailed movement analysis along with a discussion of your medical history.
Together you can devise a long term plan and help you achieve your goals. Our physios are experienced in providing care for athlete level competitors in Crossfit, running, climbing and rugby. We're qualified in massage, medical acupuncture, ultrasound and taping in addition to prescribing specific strength work.
Pilates
We have two pilates instructors on site and offer group sessions of Mum & Baby pilates (11am Fridays) and Physio-led Pilates (6pm and 7:15pm Tuesdays).
Pilates is a low impact type of exercise which helps to strengthens core muscles and improve pelvic awareness.
It is particularly beneficial for people suffering from back pain, pelvic floor issues, posture related pain or to help prevent injury.
Womens health physiotherapy
We specialise in pregnancy-related pain and support women through pregnancy and postnatally with conditions like PGP (Pelvic Girdle Pain), pelvic floor dysfunction.
Pelvic floor function is also key in assisting colorectal and gut issues, back or hip pain, endometriosis pain and continence issues at any time in your life.
Our physiotherapists are constantly learning and love to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based treatments, so that you can access healthcare that really works. We work alongside specialist menopause clinics to make sure you get the care you need through any life change.

Scar therapy
We have a scar trained physiotherapist and scar release therapist on-site who can guide you on treatment.
Scars under two years old respond best to our hands-on treatment, and you'll go home with techniques to try yourself. Scars over two years old are welcome; however it may take more sessions to get the results you're after.
