A consultation with Liz will include a detailed movement analysis along with a discussion of your medical history to devise a long term plan and help you achieve your goals.

Liz helped me with some hip pain I had been experiencing for a couple of years. After a couple of sessions I am pain free! She is really knowledgable and friendly, 10/10 would recommend!

Had significant back problems, affecting my work in hospitality. I’ve been with Liz at another clinic and wouldn’t ever change. Liz has been amazing. I can now do 16 hour shifts without any problems, moving 70kg barrels like a dream.
Liz has supported me in rehabilitating ankle and knee injuries I’ve sustained from rugby in the past. I am now able to train and play with no pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking physiotherapy treatment and wish her luck in the new clinic!
