How we can help you

Pilates

Pilates is a full-body, low-impact strength-based workout focusing on posture, core and flexibility all at once! Adding it to your routine will allow you to move more efficiently in your other workouts and at home. Pilates during pregnancy allows your body to feel controlled, supported & strong. Being low-impact, pilates is accessible to anyone & everyone.

Pilates helps you stay injury free if you regularly run, cycle or swim, as it re-balances the body via strength.

We have Pilates for Mums at 9:30am on Fridays or 10:30am Tuesdays (babies welcome), or Physio-led Pilates at 6pm or 7:15pm on Tuesdays. Both tend to run in 6 week blocks, so register your interest with us!

For any questions on 'Pilates for Mums', please email pa@almaphysiotherapy.co.uk

For Physio-led Pilates, please email claire.lynch@trustphysiobristol.org
