MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE

PILATES

Strengthen

Pilates is a strength-based exercise focussing on your glutes, core & pelvic strength. This allows you to move more easily through your daily life.

Move

A gentle way of moving your body to re-connect and restore via breath and movement.

Stretch

Our bodies aren't designed to sit for a long time. Pilates can help free up tight spines and hips to prevent injury whilst strengthening your body.

Pilates

Pilates is a full-body, low-impact strength-based workout focusing on posture, core and flexibility all at once! Adding it to your routine will allow you to move more efficiently in your other workouts and at home.

Pilates during pregnancy allows your body to feel controlled, supported & strong. Being low-impact, pilates is accessible to anyone & everyone.

Pilates helps you stay injury free if you regularly run, cycle or swim, as it re-balances the body via strength.

We have Pilates for Mums at 11am on Fridays (babies welcome), or Physio-led Pilates at 6pm or 7:15pm on Tuesdays. Both tend to run in 6 week blocks, so register your interest with us!
