At our Bristol clinic, we offer:
Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation: Time to enjoy your pregnancy and prepare mentally & physically for birth using tried and tested yoga moves, breathing and relaxation techniques. Every class is tailored to your needs. Ease aches & pains (including PGP/SPD), maintain fitness and connect with other mamas-to-be. Suitable for beginners from 15 weeks (or earlier if you practice yoga already).
SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY OFFER - 3 CLASSES FOR THE PRICE OF 2!
Mum & Baby Yoga: Suitable 6 weeks after a vaginal birth & 8 weeks after a cesarean. Heal postnatally and safely return to exercise whilst bonding with your baby. Feel supported and strong as you navigate motherhood. Stretch, relax and reconnect with your pelvic floor mindfully.
Women’s Yoga: Time for you! De-stress and connect with yourself and other women. Give your body the love and nourishment it deserves, every session is uniquely created for you needs. Suitable from 6/8 weeks postnatal until forever!

Meet Clair
Clair believes yoga is for everyone, and that the tools it offers go far beyond the mat. Whether that's breathing techniques for birth, gentle movement to support postnatal recovery, or mindfulness practices for the realities of new parenthood, her classes are designed to meet you where you are.
She has been teaching pregnancy and postnatal yoga since 2016, trained as a Doula with Nurturing Birth, and since 2018 has offered the 3 Step Rewind process for birth trauma support.
Clair is a committed continual learner, with training in Dr Brianne Grogan's holistic pelvic health programme, the Body Ready Method, and a particular interest in Scaravelli inspired yoga.
She also runs Yoga for Birth workshops covering breathing and movement for labour, birth biomechanics, and rebozo support.
