Yoga

Yoga is a journey of self-discovery, bringing together the mind, body and spirit.

Yoga helps decrease stress and anxiety, relieve tension, aches, and pains, promote restful sleep, and improve balance, flexibility, and strength. At our Bristol clinic, we offer pregnancy yoga, yoga for women’s health, mum & baby yoga and yoga for menopause.

Please email Clair directly at clair.mcgill@lushtums.co.uk for any specific queries on joining a pregnancy or postnatal yoga class.

For the 6:15 pm Pregnancy Yoga class with Rachel (up to 8th June), please book below.

Please note that pregnancy yoga is changing to lunchtimes from 15th June.

Both are part of our packages (Holistic Pregnancy and Mummy MOT+) if you’d like to combine this.
