What does the Pelvic Floor Fundamentals include?

Pelvic Floor Fundamentals is a 5-module course giving you the knowledge and tools to connect with, strengthen, and relax your pelvic floor. Learn how your nervous system, breath, and anatomy work together, master both activation and release, and confidently apply it all to exercise and daily life.

Meet your pelvic floor guide

Liz Brown

I’m Liz — pelvic health physio, antenatal educator, and lecturer to midwives and director of pelvic health clinic Alma Physiotherapy in Bristol. I’ve been a physio for almost 8 years, and spent the last 5+ years deep in the world of pelvic health. I’ve opened the can of worms and am SO passionate that everyone should know about their own pelvic floor, that I created the Pelvic Floor Fundamentals for you.

My mission? To make pelvic floor knowledge something everyone has — without the awkwardness, the jargon, or the mystery. I’ll help you understand your body, learn how to both switch on and let go, and feel confident using your pelvic floor in everyday life, whether you’re lifting weights, running around with the kids, or just getting through your to-do list.

My background in biochemistry and pilates means I can tie the science and the movement together, to make it easy for you.
