What sets us apart from other pelvic physios?

We are sports and pelvic health specialists

We can guide you to high level sports

At Alma Physiotherapy, we pride ourselves with our experience with ultra-runners, footballers, rugby players, crossfitters and high level athletes.

Our whole-body approach means that you’re not just getting support for your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, but you’re making sure your body works together, which avoids further injury and ultimately can even maximise your sports performance, even if you’re dealing with pelvic floor issues like leaking or prolapse.

We have specialist training, like Hatch Athletic Coaching, and will happily tailor any return to sport to your needs.

We support any age, and through any big hormonal change
