Our physios are registered to the Pelvic Obstetric Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) professional network and are registered Mummy MOT® practitioners or Hatch Athletic Ambassadors.

Pelvic floor, posture, and diastasis recti (tummy gap) assessment by a trained pelvic physiotherapist will allow you to return to your fitness safely and with tailored advice for your body. Recommended for new (& not-so-new) mums with or without incontinence symptoms.

Pregnancy Physiotherapy

Menopause

Women still aren't getting the medical care that they deserve and it's time to change that! Our physios are trained to guide you through perimenopause, and we work closely with specialist consultants and nurses in clinics like Chelvey Menopause in Clifton, and Bristol Menopause Clinic in Portbury.
