A gentle 5-week series designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore the systems that support movement, posture, and everyday well-being.
Using soft balls, rollers and fascial movement techniques, each session is slow and mindful. No prior experience needed, and the space is welcoming to all bodies, including those with hypermobility or scar tissue.
What you'll explore:
Breath as a foundation. Bringing awareness to your breathing patterns to awaken the body and understand how breath influences tension, mobility and the nervous system.
Fascia and body awareness. Fascia is the body's connective web, responsive and deeply linked to how you feel and move. Through slow, guided movement, we'll explore how awareness can release tension and restore natural fluidity.
Pelvic balance. Your pelvis is a central hub for movement and stability. This workshop introduces subtle ways to sense and balance the pelvis without rigidity, supporting better posture and ease in everyday life.
Pelvic floor and diaphragm. The pelvic floor and diaphragm work together in rhythm. You'll learn how to sense and support this relationship, improving coordination and internal support.
