Meet Rachel

Rachel has worked as a Physiotherapist in the NHS for over 7 years, developing experience in a variety of specialities, from MSK to Orthopaedics, Learning Disabilities to Neurology and Acute Medicine. An MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy involved researching the use of Yoga Therapy in Physiotherapeutic practice for a treatment of chronic MSK pain, and now applies this holistic and yogic method approach to pelvic physiotherapy.

Rachel currently works part-time in the NHS as the Team Lead for Pelvic Health Physiotherapy at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston as well as treating patients privately and teaching yoga.

She specialised as a Senior Physiotherapist in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy in February 2023 when she moved to Liverpool to lead and develop the pioneering Perinatal Pelvic Health Service (PPHS) at Whiston Hospital, as part of a Cheshire and Merseyside-wide scheme to improve the pelvic health of women during and after pregnancy.

Certified through Mummy MOT®, she provides tailored treatments and rehab plans to enable you to feel supported, held, encouraged and confident after pregnancy.
