How we can help you
Acupuncture & Reflexology
Alma Physiotherapy is a forward thinking physiotherapy clinic, where your health goals are aligned with your lifestyle. Accurate assessments allow a streamlined and prioritised exercise program just for you, so you don't need to waste time. You will learn about your body to help prevent the issue from recurring!
We have both musculoskeletal (sports injury) and pelvic physiotherapists (see Pelvic Health) in our studio. All of our physios are qualified in sports and pelvic health if you're looking for a 'whole body' approach.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture & massage can ease the nervous system, while optimising your posture via specific strength work can prevent further compression in your day-to-day life.
Victoria has a special interest in supporting fertility, postnatal depression, endometriosis and breech babies.

Client Love - The Results
MEET VICTORIA
Victoria has been deepening her body awareness and healing work since 2006. Her interest in acupuncture started after two sessions induced her own labour when she was two weeks overdue.
Since then, Victoria proceeded to get a Bachelor’s degree in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in the UK and is a Licensed acupuncturist and a member of the British Acupuncture Council. She also has a deep interest in yoga and combining Eastern and Western medicine.
Reflexology
Reflexology works by applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, which correspond to different areas of the body. It encourages deep relaxation, releases tension, and supports the body's natural ability to rebalance. Many people find it helps with sleep, anxiety, hormonal changes, and general stress. It's a particularly good fit alongside physiotherapy - addressing how you feel as well as how you move.
MEET BLOSSOM
Blossom's approach is supportive and unhurried. Her aim is simple: to give people the time and space to switch off, relax, and reconnect with themselves.
Blossom has been practising reflexology and massage in Bristol for over 20 years. She trained initially in Swedish massage before going on to work at the Neal's Yard Remedies flagship store in Covent Garden, where she deepened her knowledge of natural remedies and holistic health. She went on to qualify in reflexology and has since added specialisms in deep tissue, pregnancy massage, Indian Head massage, and reflexology specifically for women's health.
She's a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and commits to ongoing professional development and regular supervision - so her practice stays current, and her clients get the best of what's available.
