Liz Brown BSc MSc MCSP

“Liz is absolutely amazing! We travelled 4 1/2 hrs to see her as I had researched to find the best woman's physio post hysterectomy, regarding pelvic health and I was so happy I found her. Liz showed me everything I need to do to start my strength training and taught me so much. I left feeling empowered and so much more confident in knowing that I actually can do what I used to do, I just needed to know the right way how to encompass my pelvic health too. Thank you so much Liz!”
