Victoria
Victoria has been deepening her body awareness and healing work from 2006 when she first started practicing hot (Bikram) yoga, as a way to distress from her busy IT job in London. Victoria completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Fall 2012 and proceeded to teach yoga in South East Asia and then Bristol.
Victoria has also qualified as an Ashtanga yoga teacher, mostly to deepen the Vedic side of her yoga knowledge and to keep exploration into the capacity of human bodies. Since then Victoria trained with the TamaDo Academy in healing body with tuning forks and sound therapy, as well as color therapy using light, silks and essences.
Victoria’s interest in training as an acupuncturist was sparked after two acupuncture sessions sent her into labour when she was two weeks overdue. Since then Victoria proceeded to get Bachelor’s degree in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese medicine in UK and is a Licensed acupuncturist and a member of British Acupuncture Council.
Throughout her acupuncture sessions, Victoria offers a combined knowledge gained from her years of different studies and practice and is able to advice on best possible treatment options, as well as referrals to other specialists. As a mum herself, and after having gone through an emergency c-section with complications and the post-natal depression that followed, Victoria has a deep experiential knowledge of the treatments that she offers.
Victoria is also a reiki energy worker and has been trained in energetic shamanic healing modalities with individual teachers from UK and Peru.
Victoria loves learning and deepening her healing practice, travel, spending time with her family in nature and especially by a warm and sunny sea.
