Meet Victoria

Victoria has been exploring body awareness and healing since 2006, when she first turned to hot yoga as a way to de-stress from a demanding IT career in London. She went on to complete Yoga Teacher Training in 2012 and taught extensively in South East Asia and later in Bristol. She also qualified as an Ashtanga yoga teacher, deepening her Vedic studies and expanding her understanding of the human body’s potential.

Her journey into holistic healing led her to train with the TamaDo Academy, where she studied sound therapy with tuning forks, colour therapy using light and silks, and essence therapy. Alongside this, Victoria has developed her work with Reiki and shamanic healing practices, training with teachers in both the UK and Peru.

A transformative personal experience sparked her passion for acupuncture: when two acupuncture sessions naturally initiated labour after she was two weeks overdue. This led her to pursue a formal study of Acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in the UK. She is now a Licensed Acupuncturist and a member of the British Acupuncture Council. Currently, she is also training as a medical student, deepening her understanding of both modern and traditional approaches to healthcare.

Victoria’s practice is enriched by her diverse training and lived experience. As a mother who has navigated an emergency c-section, postnatal complications, and postnatal depression, she brings compassion and experiential wisdom to her work. In her acupuncture sessions she integrates her knowledge offering personalised treatment and, where appropriate, guidance and referrals to other specialists.

Beyond her clinical work, Victoria continues to expand her knowledge as a shamanic practitioner and energy worker. She is passionate about uniting science with ancient healing traditions to support transformation on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Outside of her practice, she enjoys learning, travelling, spending time with her family in nature, and especially being by the warm, sunny sea.
